Organic products

On the processing of our fruits and vegetables, we decided in 2007, primarily due to the use of those products that have failed on the market. We started with cooking marmalade and jams according to the traditional recipes of our grandmothers Katica and Marica, by long boiling in pots of just a few tens of liters on our domestic stoves.

That same year we won a prize at the Festival of jams and marmalades in Dubrovnik, we won the gold medal for product Plum jam, and a silver medal for Plum and green tomato jam. Driven by the award, we decided to expand production and build a plant for processing fruits and vegetables, which in 2008 was registered at the Ministry of Health and Welfare. In our Plant we process our raw materials, and for each product we have organic certificate, or eco-mark, which means that fruit and vegetables come from controlled organic farming, that the products have no preservatives, gelatins, nor any artificial additives.
